Protecting mothers, safeguarding futures.

The Rebecca Faramade Abiola Foundation works to improve the health of mothers and children in underserved communities. We started in Ago-Are, Atisbo Local Government Area, by equipping the primary health care centre to store vaccines safely.

Why we exist

A mother’s care, carried forward.

Rebecca Faramade Abiola spent her life protecting and caring for mothers and children. Her children founded RFAF to preserve that legacy and to bring it to communities where a safe pregnancy and a healthy childhood are still out of reach.

In rural and low-income communities, too many mothers and babies still die from preventable causes: poor nutrition, lack of medical care and inadequate health facilities. We work to change that, one community at a time.

What we do

Six programme areas, one aim: fewer preventable deaths.

Immunisation support is under way in Ago-Are. The other programmes are planned and will open as funding and partnerships grow.
